In September 2025, French spirits retailer and Kilchoman importer La Maison Du Whisky published its annual autumn catalogue of exclusive LMDW bottlings of whisky, rum and other spirits, entitled Itinéraires (“routes”).

This included two new Kilchoman single cask bottlings. In addition to the 10-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry cask maturation listed here under the name ‘Sleeping Giant’ (named after a rock formation north of Saligo Bay, which is clearly visible from Kilchoman and resembles a sleeping giant), there was also one of the very first 18-year-old Kilchoman single cask bottlings from a bourbon barrel under the name ‘Kilnave Chapel’.
