New in the Distillery Shop: 13 yo Bourbon Single Cask 458/2011

Two months after the last release, a new exclusive bottling for the Kilchoman Distillery Shop was released yesterday, 15 July.
While the previous release was a relatively young bourbon cask maturation, Kilchoman has chosen a significantly older bourbon cask as a contrast this time.

The whisky was matured for thirteen and a half years in a fresh bourbon barrel. Bottled at cask strength of 51.4%, the yield was 240 bottles, which are now available at the Kilchoman Visitor Centre.
