To mark its 20th anniversary, Kilchoman is hosting a series of special events in several European countries in 2025, called Kilchoman Days. Exclusive single cask releases are usually bottled for these events. For the second German Kilchoman Day, which took place on 2 August 2025 in Nuremberg, organiser Michael Gradl selected the refill Ruby Port Quarter Cask listed here.

Kilchoman had released two dozen Port Quarter Cask Finishes from mid-2020, this was the first opportunity to taste a full maturation in this cask type.
