This single cask bottling was released in May 2018 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Québec Whisky Shop. The whisky was matured for just over 10 years in a fresh ex-bourbon barrel.

The Bourbon Barrel No. 72/2008 was a so-called “split cask”, meaning that the contents were used for two different bottlings. As the Quebec Whisky Shop apparently only needed 72 bottles (i.e. 12 cases), the larger part was bottled (also on 25.4.2018) for the Kilchoman Distillery Shop.
