The Japanese Kilchoman importer Whisk-e Ltd, Japan released this single cask bottling in mid-2014. This was one of the first Kilchoman PX finish bottlings ever, it was only in early 2014 that Kilchoman had started to release Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finishes. The whisky was first matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and then finished in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Hogshead.
