New Distillery Shop Exclusive Release: Kilchoman 9 yo Single Farm Single Malt, Sherry Butt 278/2010

Just in time for tomorrow’s Kilchoman Open Day at Fèis Ìle 2019, a new Distillery Shop Exclusive Release is available in the Kilchoman Visitor Centre as of today. It is a bottling of an Oloroso Sherry Butt, in which the whisky was matured for nine years.

“Single Farm Single Malt” is the name Kilchoman now occasionally uses for bottlings of its 100% Islay whisky made from the farm’s own barley.
