The Chinese Kilchoman importer Single Malt Club China (SMCC) released a series of seven single cask bottlings under the title The Birth of Kilchoman Story at the end of 2022. The concept of the series is to trace the individual steps in the creation of a Kilchoman whisky “from barley to bottle” using individual Kilchoman releases.

The Ruby Port cask finish listed here was number 7 in the series and is dedicated to the production step of bottling.
