‘Les Amis du Cask’ (‘Friends of the Cask’) are a group of pensioners from Vouvray who, in 2018, turned their passion for single cask bottlings into a reality by setting up a company to import and market truly exceptional whiskies.

As their “18th Chapter”, they released their first Kilchoman single cask bottling at the end of 2022: the Sauternes Single Cask Finish listed here. The whisky was initially matured for over 7 years in a refill bourbon cask and was then finished for 14 months in a fresh Sauternes cask.
