At the wine and spirits shop Kensington Wine Market in Calgary, you can now pre-order a new Kilchoman single cask bottling for the Canadian Prairie provinces.

This is an ten-and-a-half-year-old, 100% Islay Madeira cask maturation, produced from the ‘Publican’ barley variety harvested at Rockside Farm in 2014 and processed in 2015. The bottles cost $179.99.
