The Swedish Whisky Society “Beathas Vänner”, founded in 1992, is one of the largest whisky clubs in Sweden. The name means “Friends of Beatha” after Uisge Beatha the Gaelic word for whisky. In 2016, it was able to realise for its members the Kilchoman single cask bottling listed here of a whisky matured for 10 years in a fresh bourbon barrel.
