The Japanese Kilchoman importer Whisk-e Ltd released this Kilchoman Single Cask bottling at the beginning of 2015. The whisky matured over 5 years in an ex-bourbon barrel. The sister cask 172/2009 had been released by Whisk-e Ltd half a year earlier, so there were nice opportunities for comparison for the Japanese Kilchoman friends.
