The Japanese Kilchoman importer Whisk-e Ltd released this Kilchoman Single Cask bottling at the beginning of 2019. The whisky was first matured for almost exactly seven years in an ex-bourbon barrel before being finished in a Red Wine cask from the Portuguese Douro Valley for eight months.
