In November 2025, the Japanese Kilchoman importer Whisk-e Ltd, Japan, had a 12-year-old and an 18-year-old ex-bourbon barrel bottled for the Japanese market. The whisky listed here was matured for almost 13 years in an ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel.
