After the French beverage chain V & B (Vins et bières) released three exclusive Kilchoman single cask bottlings at the end of 2021 to mark its 20th anniversary, the Mezcal Single Cask Release listed here followed a year later.

The whisky was first matured for over 7 years in an ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel and then finished for just over 20 months in a Mezcal cask.

The bottles were available for £126 in V & B stores.
