Kilchoman 10 yo 100% Islay Single Cask 15/568 for The Stanley Hotel

In July 2025, US importer ImpEx Beverages released a Kilchoman 100% Islay single cask for the famous Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado, and the liquor store Hazel’s Beverage World in Boulder, Colorado. The bottling seems to have gone down well with guests at the Stanley Hotel, as the next Kilchoman bottling for the hotel has already followed, just under a year later.

Once again, it is a 10-year-old 100% Islay whisky from a bourbon cask. Distilled in 2015 from Publican barley, which was harvested in 2014 at Rockside Farm. The whisky, produced entirely at Kilchoman “from barley to bottle”, was matured for ten and a half years in an ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel.
