Kilchoman 12 yo Bourbon Single Cask 444/2011 for Spec´s

The Texan spirits chain “Spec’s. Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods” has repeatedly made a name for itself with Kilchoman single cask bottlings. Furthermore – unusually for a single retailer – a number of Kilchoman Small Batch Releases and Triskele Casks Releases have even been bottled exclusively for Spec’s on several occasions.

In 2024, Spec’s released two exclusive Kilchoman single cask bottlings: the bourbon cask fully matured whisky listed here and a 13-year-old Calvados double cask finish.

The whisky was matured for 12 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel from Buffalo Trace.
