Kilchoman Marsala Finish Single Cask 17/937 for Wine and Beyond, Canada

Wine and Beyond, the largest liquor store chain in Western Canada, with outlets in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, has now released an exclusive Kilchoman single cask bottling, finished in a Marsala wine cask.

The whisky, which was bottled back in June 2025 – transport routes to Western Canada are evidently still long, even years after Brexit – was initially matured for six years in an ex-bourbon barrel filled in 2017 and was then finished in a Marsala wine cask from the Florio winery in Marsala.
