This single cask release for the Hong Kong spirits shop Mizunara, released at the beginning of 2021, has been initially matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly 7 years and was then finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead for over 10 months.

As with the last single cask for Mizunara, the bottle again features a label designed by Japanese artist Kenro Shinchi from Kagoshima, depicting the art of the Japanese tea ceremony – Chado or Sado. While the previous release 767/2011 was dedicated to the host of the tea ceremony (“Sado – The Host”), this edition is dedicated to the guest (“Sado – The Guest”).
