3rd Whisky & Food Pairing Live Tasting announced
Kilchoman Distillery announced the 3rd Whisky & Food Pairing on 17 September at 7pm UK time. After the highland venison specialities and west coast halibut fillets of the 1st and 2nd Whisky & Food Pairings, this time the four Kilchoman Core Range Whiskies “Machir Bay”, “Sanaig”, “Loch Gorm” and “100 % Islay” will be tasted in a flavourful interplay with a selection of cheeses.
The cheese comes from “Isle of Mull Cheese” a family run business on Islay’s neighbouring island. “Isle of Mull Cheese” uses unpasteurised milk from their cows fed on grass and whisky grains from the Tobermory distillery only.
The Tasting Packs (including a Kilchoman whisky glass) can be purchased, as always, via the Kilchoman homepage (£16.66 + VAT and shipping). The various cheeses can also be ordered online from “Isle of Mull Cheese” with a 10% discount for Kilchoman fans.
