New in the Distillery Shop: Blanc de Blanc(s) Cask Finish 1107/2016

A new Distillery Shop Exclusive release is available in the Kilchoman Visitor Centre from today.

This time it is one of the Blanc de Blancs Cask Finishes first presented by Kilchoman in 2023. The whisky was initially matured for almost 6 years in an ex-bourbon barrel and was then finished for 9 months in a Blanc de Blancs cask from Champagne. The yield was 247 bottles with an alcohol content of 57.7 %.

Kilchoman had already bottled all Distillery Exclusive releases for 2023 in one go on 15 May 2023, with this bottling being the last to appear on the shelves of the Visitors Centre today, 15 November. This makes it the first Blanc de Blancs Cask Finish release from Kilchoman in terms of bottling date, but the seventh in total in terms of release date.
