This bottling is one of the 9 different single cask releases of the Uniquely Islay series – An t-Earrach 2020, which the new German Kilchoman importer launched on the German market in May 2020. The whisky matured for more than 6 years in a Refill Ex-Bourbon Barrel before beeing finished in a fresh Madeira hogshead for 19 month

The cask 185/2012 is one of at least eight sister casks (Nos. 178/2012-185/2012), that have been launched in 2019 and 2020 as Single Cask Madeira Finish releases in different countries. Both 1st Fill and 2nd Fill Bourbon barrels, which were all filled on 12.04.2012, were later finished in Madeira hogsheads for different lengths. Here is the complete list:
